When we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. Orders are made to order, that means that production and preparation time is 3-5 days. Delivery time is usually 5-10 working days.

If you want to change a product into another model, please contact us so we are able to reserve the production position for new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 7 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.

To install your adapters, follow these steps:

1. Start by removing the endcaps from your trainer feet.

2. If the endcaps are difficult to remove, you can gently use a flat screwdriver to pry them off. Be careful not to damage the endcaps during this process.

3. Once the endcaps are removed, proceed to attach the adapters, they should just slide on the feet normally.
